Return Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, please notify us immediately. DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK WITHOUT RECEIVING A RETURN LABEL. The customer is responsible for returning the part, and it must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the Return Label. The return address will be provided upon contacting us. Parts must be returned to the specified location address received with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). If you return any items to Agrade Auto Parts, they will be forwarded to the correct address listed in the RMA instructions, at your expense. We will issue a refund once we receive the shipment. Please note that NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by Agrade Auto Parts. If a defective part is identified, we will first attempt to replace it. If a replacement cannot be sent, we will issue a full refund for the total sale amount. To be eligible for a refund, the returned items must reach us before the warranty expires. The shipping cost for returns will not be reimbursed. Returns not related to the reasons stated above (such as customer ordering the wrong part or not needing the part) may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and shipping amounts may be withheld from the refund. Before placing an order, please consult a mechanical expert to ensure the correct part is being ordered. We will ensure the delivery of accurate parts. Any items returned after the warranty period will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender. The deadline for receiving parts is within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted.

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email at their registered ID. This indicates that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once we receive your order, we will promptly contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability for immediate shipment. We strive to deliver your order within 5-7 business days. However, Agrade Auto Parts is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or the actual yard. Cancellation and refund of orders will only be processed if the part is not delivered even after 30 days from the date of placing the order.

Order Shipment

If your ordered item is in stock, we will process the shipping charge and ship it within five business days from the date of the order. You will receive tracking information via email within 24-48 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. The tracking information will be sent to your registered email ID or the email address provided during checkout.
